✝️ The Waiting Season: Trusting God When Nothing Is Moving
Hi everyone,
Thank you so much for your support on my previous blog. Personally, some of you messaged me and appreciated it — that truly encouraged me. I’m really grateful for each one of you 🤍
Today, I want to share something many of us silently struggle with — the waiting period.
Almost everyone is waiting for something.
A job 💼
Love ❤️
Financial growth 💰
Marriage 💍
A breakthrough 🌅
Peace 🕊️
We don’t know when it will happen. But we believe it will happen — in God’s perfect time.
Why Does God Make Us Wait?
Waiting is not punishment.
Waiting is preparation.
In this season, we learn:
• Patience
• Faith
• Trust
• Hope
• Emotional Strength
Whenever I prayed — even if it was a short prayer in church, at home, while walking on the road, or sitting in a park — later I would randomly see a Bible verse or quote that spoke directly to my situation.
One day after praying in church, I came home and opened social media. I saw:
✝️ Isaiah 60:22 – “When the time is right, I, the Lord, will make it happen.”
When I tried for good jobs, I faced many rejections. Some people even criticized me and body-shamed me. It hurt deeply. There were moments I felt depressed and thought maybe God was not seeing me or hearing my prayers.
But something beautiful happened ✨
That verse felt personal. I knew God was listening.
Let Me Ask You Something…
Are you tired of praying for the same thing again and again?
Have you ever felt like everyone is moving forward except you?
Did you ever question, “God, when is my turn?”
Even I have felt tired of praying. But I realized — even when I am tired, God is not tired of hearing my prayers.
If yes, you are not alone 🤍
🎬 A Movie That Really Touched Me
One movie that really connected with my waiting season is Soorarai Pottru.
It is inspired by the real-life story of G. R. Gopinath, the founder of Air Deccan. He faced financial struggles, rejection, and many obstacles before making affordable air travel possible for common people in India.
In the movie, the hero keeps getting rejected again and again. People don’t believe in his dream. Banks reject him. Society laughs at him. But he doesn’t stop.
He cries.
He struggles.
He falls.
But he keeps Believing.
That movie made me understand — delay is not denial. Sometimes waiting builds our strength and character.
Another movie I liked is The Pursuit of Happyness.
It shows a man struggling financially and facing many rejections, yet he never gives up. Through patience and hard work, his waiting season turns into victory.
If you get time, just watch these movies — especially Soorarai Pottru and The Pursuit of Happyness. Watch them as soon as possible. They will not only entertain you, but also remind you that rejection and delay are not the end. Sometimes, they are the beginning of something greater. 🎬✨
My Decision in This Waiting Season
Yes, I am still waiting for some things in my life.
But now, I wait with trust.
And when everything finally happens, I don’t want to forget this season.
I want to help others who are still waiting. I want to encourage them with positive words and give full glory to God 🙏
Because this waiting season is not just about my breakthrough — it is preparing me to be a blessing for someone else.
Final Word for You
Don’t take tension. This world is vast and full of opportunities. If one or two chances slip away, don’t fall into stress, anxiety, or depression.
God is preparing something greater for you.
Keep searching.
Stay confident.
Believe.
Good things are coming.
Victory is certain. ✨
Praise the Lord ✝️🙏🏽 bro. I got slightly irritated and stressed out of waiting. Immediately God made me see this blog page. I understood that I am now in real training. I believe my opportunities are coming and it's just a few more steps away. I am going to enjoy a great blessing 😇 I am saying this with faith in Jesus. Amen✝️🙏🏽
